Terms & Conditions

These Terms outline how AB Signature Cleaning provides residential cleaning services in Calgary and Airdrie. By confirming a booking via email or SMS, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Estimates

Bookings are confirmed via email or SMS following an estimate.
Estimates are based on the information provided and include an approximate time range. First visits may require additional time depending on the condition of the home.

Service Time & Minimum Hours

Our services are billed based on total labour hours.
Labour hours reflect the combined time worked by all team members on-site. For example, if two professionals work for three hours, the total billed time will be six labour hours.
Chargeable time begins upon arrival and includes preparation, cleaning, and packing of equipment. Time is rounded to the nearest 15-minute increment.
Minimum service time is 4 hours.
Travel within Calgary and Airdrie is included in our rates.
Properties outside these areas may be subject to an additional travel fee discussed in advance.

Payment

Invoices are issued within 24 hours of service completion.

Payment is due within 3 calendar days. If payment is not received, services may be paused until the balance is settled.

We accept e-transfer and credit card payments through secure third-party providers.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% fee.
• Same-day cancellations or denied access upon arrival are subject to the full service fee.

Rescheduling with proper notice does not incur a fee.

Access & Arrival

We aim to arrive at the scheduled time. Delays of up to 15 minutes may occur due to traffic or weather.

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property. If we are unable to access the home within 15 minutes due to client-related reasons, the full service fee will apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return during business hours to address any areas within the original scope of work.

Damage & Care

We take great care while working in your home.

If accidental damage occurs, we will notify you promptly and work toward a fair resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or monetary compensation reflecting the documented value of the item.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or fragile items not removed prior to service.

Team Integrity

To maintain service consistency, clients agree not to directly hire any AB Signature Cleaning team member during active service and for 12 months following the last appointment.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta.
